The front office as well as the dentist that serviced Everly chains we're completely unprofessional Harrah's what they did and did not do.  They: Lied about pricing Lied about receiving information from referring dentist which was sent numerous times and given verbally over the phone from the referring dentist. Kept disabled terminal patient unnecessarily in chair over 4 1/2 hours while servicing all other patients and not completing work, requesting us to come back the next day Promising to take her right away and complete work. Next day came right at appointment time with only a one-hour window before we had to leave. they kept her in the chair 45 minutes till I came into the room to inquire about progress, no one had even been in to put a bib on her, . The dentist saw me go into the room rushed in put the bib on her then tried to fumble in her mouth without help hands shaking with no clue what he was to do. So we left we had no time left to wait and it was clearly a dangerous situation. They overcharged us for a service that was supposed to be on the spot and never happened. We were never told they put a temporary in and incorrectly left a string on it which fell out two weeks later when she had cleaning at the original dentist. This place is a travesty they totally and clearly discriminated and took advantage taking $1,800 up front for incomplete and incompetent work they should be ashamed of themselves
