BEYOND DIET IS A SCAM! I ordered the program including books for around $140.00. I found the information to be nothing new. The real problem came when I found that Beyond Diet had been charging me an unauthorized monthly fee of $14.95! I had never authorized a monthly fee! When that I had not authorized! And the program charges would not be refunded either as I was 2 days past my guarentee period. I continued to send emails and post on websites and I was eventually issued a refund but only for the $14.95 unauthorized charges. The $140.00....forget it! I continue to push for my 100% refund... All hard copy books of the program were returned to the company but still no refund! You also need to be aware that you will be bombarded with daily emails trying to sell you products from affiliate companies such as biotrust. Stay away from this company they only want your money! And they when they get it they want more of your money! If you have already signed up, better check your accounts for those sneaky monthly fees!

How I got my money refunded.

In March 2016 I signed up for the website membership & also for a monthly subscription to an online magazine for $14.95 a month, to start in April. I realized that I did not have the time to read a monthly magazine online so I emailed Beyond Diet to stop the subscription. In April I was charged for that 1st month, but I thought it had not be processed in timely manner & decided to "eat the charge" & forget it. However the charge appeared again on my credit card.
Here is how I got my money refunded. I called my credit card company & talked to them about a fraudelent charge on my account. They advised me to contact the charging company again, call & email. If I couldn't get any satisfaction, to contact the Credit Card provided & they would be reported to the "division of fraud & abuse." Then the CC company would start the investigation & disputes.
I was very lucky. I emailed the company & I called the company and they answered on the first call. No recording. The person on the phone was very nice, however, I mentioned several times "fraud & abuse" disputes by the cc company. I also told the BD person that there were 13 complaints on "Ripoff Reports" about Beyond Diet. I also told them I would write a rebuttal IF & WHEN my refunded was listed on my credit card statement.
This is the rebuttal. I was refunded in full for both months, April & May 2016.
I called them on 5/10/2016.
Received 3 emails on 5/11/2016 saying the 2 charges were refunded.
My cc card received the refunds on 5/13/2016

I posted this report yesterday; Today a represenative from Beyond Diet has agreed to issue me a full refund! I will update when the refund is actually recieved.
