Beyond Floor- Harvin Rodriguez Destroyed Property, stole property, Illegal Immigrants Fort Mill SOUTH CAROLINA
I don’t even know where to begin. It’s been months trying to get this job complete. The plan was to have install done in 2 days due to the amount of furniture we had to move and work around. Harvin Rodriguez guaranteed the job would be done in 2 days. It’s been 6 months since beginning our project. Beyond Floor did not send enough people to finish job within 2 days, did not cut flooring correctly, does not line up with walls, did not install quarter round in half the kitchen, used CHAIR RAIL which was for baby room on floor in kitchen,
have been stood up 4 times at this point. Damaged many pieces of antique furniture, broken china and glasses! The 3 men who showed up day one spoke no english and must be illegals. Called Harvin to complain and he said he had to send subcontractors because he was busy on another job! Day 2 was worse as no one was home we had many items missing from the home and house was left in complete mess. Still waiting to hear back from Harvin on how we are going to get this resolved. I would NEVER recommend anyone to work with them!
