Dear Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your purchase and we offer our sincere apologies that you were unsatisfied with your purchase. We assure you that we treat all customer feedback seriously. We wanted to address a few of the issues mentioned in your post.
Shipping time frame:
You can locate our Time frames in our help section by clicking on shipping information: international. FedEx International Mail Service (FIMS) at that time, would normally take 4 weeks to be delivered and if it wasnt received within the time frame we had to wait an additional 4 weeks to file a claim. The reason why was asked customers to wait an additional 4 weeks was because there were instances were packages were delayed at customs and once cleared they were delivered.
FedEx FIMS:
Federal Express does offer FIMS; FIMS is short for FedEx International Mail Service. Below we include a link so that you may check this information.

We hope that explanation provided above will re frame your opinion and concern about Bidz.com. We sincerely thank you for your input and would like to hear from you regarding this post or any other concerns at [email protected]

An update, FedEx is a courier company and as such will deliver goods door to door ONLY, unless someone from FedEx can correct me as far as I know they would NEVER open a package and split up the goods for individual shipment worldwide and even if they did, this would only delay the delivery by a maximum of 2 - 3 days. So again I truly belive that BIDZ.COM invented the FedEx FIMS service as a get out clause to make sure a customer can't file a claim with PayPal or their Credit Card company as the terms in with a customer can report a dispute may have expired. So please do your research before buying ANYTHING from Bidz.com or Buyz.com, and as the saying goes "If it sounds too good to be true, then it usually is". What I mean by that is if you are getting a Diamond Ring worth USD $10K + for only $1 USD the quality may not be as discribed. Regards,
