On Sept 9th I ordered 2 pairs of pants, size 56 waist, 2 packages of boxer shorts, size 4-X and two packages of boxer shorts size 1-X. My total bill came to $220 and change. About a week later I got one pair of pants size 58 hemmed to 32 inches and 3 package of boxers size 56X. I called customer service and was told I would be sent label for returning order and that I would be also sent at least part of the rest of my order.

3 weeks later nothing happened so I called back. This time I was told that my order would be shipped and along with it in the box I would get a label for returning the first order. Still nothing happened.

Yesterday I called again and was told that the pants had been back ordered and that they were waiting to see if new shipments were coming in. Then when I requested a refund the lady asked me to hold and she would check with the factory. Then after a wait of a few minutes she said that the pants had been shipped direct from the factory. I asked when, she said two days ago. I reminded her that more than 30 days had passed since my original order and no one had contacted me at all about being out of stock.

She very angrily said that she was aware of the consumer rights and that as soon as the merchandise was returned to her she would return my money. I demanded that my money be credited to my account by today and that I was aware of how to collect my money from businesses, that I had spent many years in that business and that her rights had been lost because of the time frame involved. She said I was threatening her and hung up on me.

I will not trade with this company again. If you do have a problem with them, from my experience at any rate, you will not have it made right by this company.

I feel that my money has been stolen.

They finally did refund $87. of the $214. they charged me. The incorrect order was never returned to them and I guess they are charging me for it. It is merchandise I can't use, they won't give me an authorization number to return it or send a shipping label for UPS as their company policy states. No one you can contact there will give you a corporate address or phone number to complain to higher ups, only to a Mrs Green who is the woman who hung up on me in the first place. I feel that Mrs Green stole my money and is delaying all other return actions so that they can claim that it was ultimately my fault because I didn't return the incorrect merchandise. In doing so this company has violated Federal Trade Commission laws regarding Internet orders and I am going to file a complaint with FTC.
