big daddy spy Blueware software Just a total scam , Internet
I purchased the blueware software for 69.95 from Big Daddy Spy online website. After spending a couple of weeks with their tech support and going out and buying a new blackberry phone because they said my LG phone was not compatible, I discovered that it would not work on the blackberry either. I paid a JAVA expert to convert the JAR files. Would not work. They sent me a link to download directly to the blackberry did not work. I spent hours on the phone with Blackberry only to get the final response the software is not compatible. Their idea of a refund after all of this was online store credit. So I bought a mini dvr camera for 199.00. I used the store credit and paid the difference. It came in and did not work. They sent me an RMA authorization, and I told them to please just refund my money. Two weeks and no one would respond. I sent 5 emails to them requesting my refund. Finally, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They would only dispute the 144.48 differnce because I received a store credit for the 69.95. Finally, Big Daddy Spy authorized my credit card refund but only for the 144.48. They still have the 69.95 that I paid for and only received store credit and used for a defective camera that was returned. I continue to email them regarding the other 69.95 but no one will respond. Well, yesterday I received a replacement camera dvr that I did not ask for. Out of curiosity, I opened the box and it too does not work. I emailed them asking for an RMA told them that I do not want the camera and it too does not work even if I did. I asked for a refund of my 69.95 again. No one will respond. Credit card company can not do anything. They have billed my card for the 69.95, I have nothing to show for it, not even a store credit anymore, and they say they cant help me....
