Complaint Review: Big Hitters - san diego California

I was looking to start a low cost business to start and found franchise.com and on there I found Adultstartups.com aka Big Hitters.  I showed interests in the company started getting calls from the company.  I talked to Rick who told me I would make money my first month lie number 1.  So, I decided to go with the site not thinking I would make as much money as Rick lied and said I would.  I was looking at this as a longterm investment hoping to bring in at least something on a monthly basis I wasn't expecting to get rich just to help make a small payment on my student loans that didn't happen.  So I paid for advertising as well after the first month I had less than 150 people visit my site I call and talk to Leon the liar who will lie and say his name is Leo and Leon isn't there but you you tell the BBB it never happened and you become a bitter liar. We talked he said how he made so much money and give it a little more time.  He charged my account after I emailed him and told him not to and refused to give me a refund he gave me advertising which I didn't want I wanted my money back. When I asked about all the people who posted on here he said they were angry bitter liars and every company has haters.  When I asked about the two names for the company he avoided that. When I asked about the emails people posted in different places after I read about big hittters he say they were fake.  I talked to him in late November he said he couldn't talk because he was busy in a meeting and would call me the next day but he was sick.  So, I called and asked a few days later why he blew me off and charged my account after I asked him to stop.  He told me he was sick and I am ruining his holiday weekend and he wanted to go home and be with his kids.  I am a broke college student that just wanted to make a tiny bit of extra money to get out of debt but now I have more thanks to Leon Segal.  I am a broke college student and used 3 cards to pay a down payment and paid 3 installment payments.  He lied to the BBB and said I paid less.  He said he would get my site listed on google,yahoo,bing, etc.... to makeup for the unwanted charges to my account never happen.  Everything that was promised to me was a lie. When I talked to Rick before buying the site he told me to look up Adult Startups because it had no bad reviews and no complaints on BBB.org they even had it listed on their site. When I filed a complaint with the BBB it was a waste of time and this is what was said:

The BBB has determined that the companys response exhibits an understanding of your grievance and addresses the disputed issues. Therefore, the BBB has decided to close your complaint. We regret if we were unable to achieve a mutually satisfying resolution in this case.

BUSINESS MESSAGE:

Miss is not entitled to a refund of any monies paid to date, as our company went up and above our call of duty in conducting business with Miss .

Miss  has always had an open line of communication with our office.

She has never had a phone call refused or an email unanswered.

She was provided marketing assistance by myself, Leon Segal or by "Leo" for short, but I am the same person.
We provided Miss  with financing.

We let her use 3 different credits to pay the $599 discounted initial fee.

Miss  still has yet to return the signed paperwork with requested image sto validate her identity and the cards used.
Lastly, our company transmitted $99 of the initial fee to a 3rd-party advertising network that fulfills and delivers the guaranteed hits to our clients.

 The tracking reports indicate that her website received several hits from this advertising, but according to Miss , nobody spent any money on the site and thus she feels wronged and entitled to a refund.

In closing, if Miss  could or should produce any written documents that indicate any promise or guarantee of income, I will gladly refund her all money, but that is not going to happen because we do not and can not guarantee anybody a specific return of their investment.
