Bigalley.com is an internet site that matches book buyers and sellers. I sold a book to a Lori Sheen for $53.99 and shipped it to her. Her address is 669B SE 120th Ave, Bluff City, KS 67018. Bigalley is to mail out checks (they have my bank information too) on the 30th and 14th of each month according to their website. I never received my check. I attempted to make contact and there is no phone number for the company. They want you to contact them through email. I did contact them through email between the 15th of Febuary and the 20th of February. I got no response. As a result I attempted to cross reference the address on the website and the address is an USPS office at 18080 Crenshaw, Torrance CA. They show a po box of 7326. This box is registered to an individual (Helen S. Huang of 20605 Ladeene Ave, Torrance, CA 90503 and not a business. This is likely a fraudulent business using the postal service, internet and across state lines. I attempted to call the 310-371-7669 given on the P O Box information (on file at the USPS) and no one answers and no one returns calls. There appears to be another business associated with this person: Paramount Software International, Campus, inc. and Dealoz. The physical address of Ladeene Ave is associated with the following individuals: Chine h*o Huang and Helen S. Huang. Helen S Huang is a 70 year old woman from Taiwan who probably has no clue that her children and grandchildren are doing this to her. The buyers payment went through Campusinc for the amount of 53.00+ dollars. I attempted to call Campusinc number associated with the charge on the buyers bank statement and it is also an answering machine with a woman answering who does not appear to American born or 70 years old. The buyer of the book who is upset that I never received payment for a book that they thought they were ordering through Amazon , was directed to the Bigalley website through Amazon.com and they of course have put this issue back into Bigalleys lap. I have tried to get Amazon to realize that they are advertising for a fraudulent company but they simply dont care. The calls to everyone but Amazon are never returned. I have not attempted at this point to determine if these individuals are in the country legally. I have filed an IC-3 and contacted the postal inspector. What else is a person to do? Amazon is advertising for a company who is a fraud and the fraud is in bed with many other companies. DO not do business with Campus, inc, dealoz or bigalleythey are all the same..they will take money that is not theirs.

You must be involved because the internet is full of complaints about the companies listed in my report. Why did you not respond before they took more than 6 months to reply to the report themselves?

After 6 months and the involvement of government agencies this "company" finally responded to this report. I stand behind my statements as previously stated. I called 310-971-7669 today. In fact, I spoke with a woman who answered the phone with a "hello". She stated that she was Helen Huang. She stated that Chine h*o Huang is her husband. She has no knowledge of any of the following companies:

BigAlley

Campusinc

Paramount Software

Dealoz

She didn't even know what software was. That is not surprising since she stated to me that her English is "not that good".

These are definitely fraudulent companies. Additionally, just who in business uses the phrase, "nowadays" in a professional response? Don't believe me, just call the phone number.

I started selling on this site last December, and have sold several books on it.

Each time I was paid on time. Besides, their commission is only 10%, much lower than other marketplaces.

So I would recommend Bigalley to my friends.
