Bill Ellis At Resort Resales In Henderson, NV Timeshare Resales - don't do it! Henderson Nevada
I was told by Resort Resales that my timeshare would be listed for $99 and that a buyer was guaranteed within 9 months, or my money back.
Ten months later, Bill Ellis called and said that a buyer for our timeshare was found. To expedite the selling process, the $99 was returned (since it didn't sell within the 9 months), but the transaction was to begin with a one-time processing fee of $450. The timeshare was to be officially sold 1 month later (May 2008). Bob Downey called to confirm that all wheels were in motion for the selling of the timeshare.

Timeshares is a RIP OFF from HELL! I am supposed to spend as much money as if I was the SOLE owner of this (expletive deleted) residence --and from what I have seen this is ONE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE INVESTMENT just to have some Schmuck tell me that I CAN NOT USE THE PLACE FOR WHICH I AM PAYING ALL THIS MONEY --- OR TELLS ME WHEN I CAN USE IT AND IT CONVENIENTLY (FOR THEM) TURNS OUT TO BE WHEN I HAVE TO WORK OR AM OTHERWISE UNAVAILABLE. THIS IS ( EXPLETIVE DELETED) PEOPLE! THIS IS MY MONEY HERE. I THINK I WOULD RATHER INVEST IN A RECREATIONAL VEHICLE OR SOMETHING THAT I OWN PERSONALLY AND THAT WAY I CAN DRIVE MYSELD WHERE I WANT TO GO AND BRING MY HOME WITH ME INSTEAD OF PUT IT IN SOME ARROGANT, CROOKED CON MAN'S POCKET. YOU NEED TO SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR RETIREMENT NOT HAND IT OVER TO SOME (EXPLETIVE DELETED) CON MAN... The only thing that even comes close to this BLATANT REAL ESTATE CON GAME RIP OFF is buying a CONDO and I won't get into that here. TIMESHARES ARE A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN HERE. SOME IDIOTS TRIED TO SELL ME ONE AND I WILL BE POSTING IT HERE SOON AS THEY HAVE EARNED THEMSELVES A PLACE IN THE RIP OFF REPORT ALREADY... ANYONE WHO DEFENDS THEM IS A SHILL OR A STOOGE FOR THE CROOKS WHO SELL THEM AND IS PRETENDING TO BE A SATISFIED CUSTOMER... OR THEY HAVE MORE MONEY THAT COMMON SENSE.
