Bill Heard Chevrolet Sugarland ripoffbacked dated the paperwork tried to sell a used car cashed in deposit before I drove out with vehicle Sugar Land Texas
I went to buy a new 2005 chevy quad cam and without nowing it they sold me a used one. they backed dated the paperwork 6 days so that i would be on their sales for the previous month. they pu the wrong mileage onthe paperwork.(this i later found out)
With the paperwork all filled out i awaited my new vehicle. they couldn't find the keys so they lent me another car for the mean time. It took them 4 days and me talking to 2 supervisors to finally deliver my car. on the final check up of the vehicle one of the assisntance showed us the truck.. I was pissed to find out that the milead didn read 5 miles like the paperwork had stated but had almost 3000 miles on it.... this obviously was a used car. when i aproached the supervisor with this issue he sent me to another assistant who tried explaining to me that in his words "by putting less miles on the car at the time of purchased they were actually doing me a favor by making the price less" i told him if he thougt i was stupid that even an idiot knows that a car with less miles cost more than one with a lot of miles.
They had taked the paperwork to the supervisor who refused to return them to me. he said i was stuck with the car becuase i had signed the paperwork. I told him that for the first3 days i was trying to get out ot the contract because i dint' like their buiness but that he kept saying that there was no law stating that, which i know is wrong. you have 72 hours from signing a contract to get out of it.
He didn't return my paperwork but i have proof. I kept some paperwork and i even got a fax that i recieved while at bill heard at 11pm at night.
I wanted to sue them but no one wants the case. I filed with the BBB but nothing came of it. I got my deposit back, but i desereved that. IT WAS MY MONEY to begin with.
