Bill Lange - Liberty First Services Fraudulent marketing and investor rip-off Gig Harbor Washington
Beginning in August 2006, when I signed the contract - there were several different people that manipulated the 'membership' process for Liberty First Services, Inc. None of whom took responsibility for failing to honor the contract once the money was paid in a "check by phone" manner. Bill Lange and Colleen McCarthy tag team the prospective clients (I was a prospective buyer in Marina del Rey, CA), but once they had my money and had the contracts signed to purchase the property - they couldn't finalize the sale with investors. Now I know why....Liberty First Services is sucking in money from both sides, renters and investors and not providing the services advertised. Bill Lange's business license was up in March 2007, and was not renewed. I have notified them of intent to file criminal charges for non-payment and fraudulent activities, but have not been able to file a court case. Please let me know of other investors, that what to get their investment back in some type of class action against the Bill the "real estate coordinator", and Colleen the "investment coordinator." I have Bill's current address and telephone number, along with current employer who would certainly find his pervious activities lacking in good faith business ethics.
