Cory; You are so right!!! Lets see I wrote a Rip-Off report on 7/10/04 and Bill Ray Nissan write a rebuttal 1/5/05. So it took them 6 months to write something. They could have called me anytime. Let me address a few facts: 1)Fact: Brought a new car At Bill Ray Nissan in Longwood, Fl that did'nt have mats in it.When it should have. The invoice showed them on it at the cost $150.00 2)Fact: The salesman Dennis said don't worry about the mats I'll take care of it. 3)Fact: Asked the fiance managee if he could included 1 road side emerergy kit at no charge and he said no problem. 4)Fact:Called 2 days later asking about the mats was told I could drive the 1hr and 15 minutes to pick them up.Would not shipped them to me at their cost. (Which was about $6.00 Bill Ray cost) 5)Fact: Many phone calls were made about the mats nobody would help. I even called Bill Ray Nissan back and wanted to return the car, but was told that I could'nt. 6)Fact: It was'nt until the finance manager called and stated that my wife's first name was not written down on the paperwork. She used her middle name (which she goes by)and last name.He wanted us to drive back their to resign papers again. 7)Fact:When filling out paperwork they ask for copies of our Driver Linense, Ins. card. They said to fill out the name exactly like our driver linense. And we did 8)Fact: So who do you blame here? My wife for using the same name that is on her D.L.? or Bill Ray? I would think that I car dealer would check the name on the paperwork against the D.L. 9)Fact: When I told him about the mats he could'nt beleive it. So I told him we really don't own the car right and could drive it down and return the car. He said yes we could. He did some back pedeling here and said he would send the mats and the paperwork the next day to us.I asked about the road side kit and he said they are on back order and that he would take care of it. 10)Fact: We did get the mats and paperwork the next (no charge to us). Its something how fast they can move when they know that a customer is going to return the car. 11)Fact: Phone calls were made to set up a time to call with Mr.Ray. And guess who called me back the finace manager did. He stated that Mr.Ray told him to call me and inform me that he was busy right now but would call me back to set up a time. Guess what NEVER happen. 12)Fact:The finance manager has my phone number and can call me anytime. BTW Cory did you also buy a car from Bill Ray Nissan?

The customer gave me the wrong information. Chaz refused...... Tried to blame it on me..... The so called floor mat problem..... The paperwork was our problem, when in fact it was his..... They just can't or don't get it. They can't help themselves. They're car guys. Anybody else would have said I'm sorry for any problems, what can I do to fix this, but NO. When will they learn?

Bought a car on the 27th of Dec. They started high, I started low. My final offer was $22,000. Salesmen came back with "We need an extra $407.00." I said no, $22,000 was my final offer. He looks at my wife, it's going to be her car, she gets those sad puppy eyes, he gets a smirk on his face, I say let's go. We head out the door, he looses the smirk. Now I'm gambling the SOB's aren't going to lose a $22,000 deal over $407.00. They just wanted to see if they could jack me for the extra money. He runs over to the "pit" then runs back outside and asks us to wait, he'll see what he can do. I swear there were a group of salesmen around the "pit" and I think they were betting on whether they'd get the extra money out of us. He says he has to make a couple of phone calls to ok our offer. He comes back 10 minutes later and says we have a deal.5, $20, $407, it doesn't matter, they can't help themselves.

Lets see C. So you know all the facts about my matter right. There was only one person who know about this who fixed the problem with the mats was the finance manager. The only reson he was invovled was because my wife's first name ( which she goes by, and the same name that is on her Driver License) was written on the paperwork. So are you going to blame the State of Fl too? I called many times to get the problem fix with the mats. Also the same finace manager told me that he was going to send out a emerency road side kit which he never has done. So buddy get your facts right. If this is truly the finance manager you same like a nice guy but you have proved my wrong.

I am in employee of Bill Ray Nissan, and I very much aware as to what took place with the this customer. Here is my response. Not only was the matter taken care of when I found you about it. But the customer had given me the wrong information on the paper work and I had to call him to get is corrected. If fact chaz refused to recoginze the error and tried to blame it on me. When I call about that, I herad about the floor mat issue and the mats were shipped to immedialtey. 1. for this person say that he was not taken car is wrong. 2.Not only did I personally handle the so called floor mat problem for him. He also told me that the paper work wa our fault when in fact it was his.

Sell you a vehicle for what $15-20,000 and then screw you for $20. You'll never go back to them and tell everyone you know how bad they are. Don't blame them though, they can't help themselves. It's what to be expected. Typical car dealer.
