BILL.MS.NET Fake Microsoft XBOX billing BILL.MS.NET Internet
VISA Account was billed for $99.99 with description MSFT*WINDOWS PHONE Phone, Internet, or online transaction. When I called Microsoft billing for XBOX they said they had not charged my account for this charge.
BEWARE SCAM - I will update with more information after my credit card does their investigation.
