Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

So I saw this advertised and it is recommended by Dr. Oz so I thought "why not try it, its only $4.95 for a free trial" and I ordered my bottle.  The bottle took 4 days to arrive at my house and I started taking it the day it arrived.

11 days after receiving my trial bottle, I see a charge to my band for $89.23 and so I called the company to find out what the heck.  The man I spoke with informed me that I had agreed to this RECURRING charge when I checked out and that they wouldn't give a "free month of product for only the $4.95 shipping.  He informed me that the "trial" period of 14 days started when I placed the order, not when I received the product.

Nowhere on the order page was there anything about all of these conditions, they HIDE all these deep down in the body of their terms, which you must open seperately to access.  I went back and opened the terms and actually read them fully this time and this was explained in there.

Also, be aware that IF you do choose to order and then, within those 14 days from the time you placed the order, and you want to cancel the auto enrollment, that you will have 2 options.

Option 1 is to return the unused portion of the bottle to the company (you MUST get an RMA first), or;

Option 2 is to KEEP the remaining capsules and be charged a fee of $9.95 more (since the trial is 14 days and they wouldn't give you a full months worth of product for free to try).

I am disputing the charges with my bank, although I don't think I will be successful, after all, I did click that dastardly, green, Accept button but I have insured they cannot charge me going forward, by cancelling my credit card that I used to place the order.

In closing, do not fall for this underhanded method of "legally" ripping off us consumers, instead, go to Amazon.com and for less that $15.00 you can order a bottle of the Garcinia Cambogia from them to try and you won't have all of these other issues.  Learn from me, it cost me almost $100.00 to learn my lesson.
