A friend introduced us to the BioPerformance product. Like most people I was looking for a way to reduce the cost of driving my 2000 Toyota Camry.

Our frined sent us some BioPerformance "pills" to try as they were wanting a fair evaluation of the product since they had invested several hundred dollars in the product. Where the fantasy results are coming from I do not know!

We have seen no increase in mileage. Maybe the product works only on vehilces that are not maintained properly. The BioPerformance product smells worse than dead fish! The "pills" soften over time, so you must have to use them up quickly to keep them from degrading. At a dollar a pop using one per 8 gallons you can figure your own shelf life requirements.

The MLM Plan sounds great. MLM companies are dependent on a product to sustain sales. As all the currently excited people signing up for BioPerformance finds reality of the product from their friends and customers the business may soon have a quick down size.

My friend sent us the "pills" to see if we got different results than they did. None. In fact everyone that they exposed the BioPerformance product to, had the same increase in mileage. None.

Amsoil and 4-ecorp (there may be others) have time tested products that actually work on a car or truck, gas or diesel, to increase mileage. Don't get caught in hype for mileage. Check out the products history and you will save additional gas money by not investing in money making schemes but more importantly you will keep from losing face with family and friends.

http://www.newsobserver.com/110/story/446608.html Gas scam spills into Triangle Pyramid scheme said to have made off with millions PYRAMID SCHEME RED FLAGS Be wary if: * You're invited to attend a meeting or listen to a conference call to learn about a new moneymaking opportunity. * Promoters boast about the incredibly high earnings of a few top performers. * Participants must buy products or services. They are told that the more they buy, the more they will earn. * At recruitment meetings, the emphasis is on potential earnings with very little information given on how to sell the product. N.C. FDA has tips Sue Stock, Staff Writer A fast-moving pyramid scheme that preys on consumer sensitivity to gasoline prices has surfaced in the Triangle. BioPerformance, a Texas company, claims its pills and powders will increase fuel efficiency by up to 30 percent and cut harmful emissions in half when they are added to a vehicle's gas tank. But the Texas attorney general's office claims that the company has duped people across the country out of millions of dollars. Its investigation found the company's claims to be false, and the attorney general's office filed a lawsuit in mid-May. A state court slapped an injunction on BioPerformance this week, preventing it from doing business until a trial. In just 5 1/2 months, BioPerformance grew to a network of thousands of people. It took in $25 million to $28 million. Representatives used fliers, Web sites and meetings to persuade people not only to sell the products but also to recruit others. To get started, people paid $200 to $500 on the promise of earning up to $2,000 a day from sales and commissions based on the number of people they recruited. In return for their money and their bank account information, many of these people got nothing. The bottles of pills never arrived, and the phone numbers and e-mail addresses for company officials no longer work. That's what happened to Pearl Forbes, 24, of North Raleigh, who said she paid $529.30 for 14 bottles of pills and "area manager" status. "That money they took was half of my rent," she said. "We could lose the house over $500. And the rent was due today." Forbes said she was skeptical when a woman named Michelle contacted her, saying she had been referred by a mutual friend. But the lure of easy money and a chance to work at home was too much for Forbes, who is working and going to school part time while raising a 10-month-old. "What convinced me was the people," she said. "We just got married, and we're trying to live a good Christian life and raise my daughter. [Michelle] said, 'We've got pastors involved.' And I thought these must be good people." According to court documents, the people behind BioPerformance are Lowell Mims, president, and Gustavo Romero, vice president. Mims, according to reports in the Texas media, runs a Dallas ministry. On Thursday, a Texas District Court upheld an injunction filed by the state's attorney general against Mims, Romero and BioPerformance. "The company's assets, which are millions of dollars, are frozen, and the company is also prohibited from marketing the product in the manner in which it was," said Paco Felici, spokesman for Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott. During the hearing that preceded the court's ruling, Mims and Romero admitted they funneled $7 million into personal trust funds and accounts, Felici said. "They were extravagant purchases," he said. "Mims said he had purchased a $90,000 Hummer, a $60,000 set of Rolex watches for him and his wife, and used $160,000 to pay off his mortgage. Romero bought a $50,000 down payment on a swimming pool for his home." The injunction freezing the company's assets is valid until the case goes to trial Sept. 18. The Texas attorney general's office has received 191 complaints about BioPerformance from all over the country, Felici said. North Carolina's attorney general has received numerous inquiries about the company but no official complaints, said Noelle Talley, spokeswoman for the department. Talley could not say whether North Carolina's attorney general, Roy Cooper, will take legal action against BioPerformance. "At this point we're looking into the company," she said. For those people who are resigned to believe that every thing said by a government official is true beyond the shadow of a doubt because they say so, I qoute President Bill Clinton "I DID NOT HAVE SEXUAL RELATIONS WITH THAT WOMEN". I guess you also believe that Oswald killed JFK all by himself. Living in New York City, by definition I am a skeptic and ultra suspicious of anyone and anything. I do not care about lab reports, TV reporters, Government opinions or mandates. I will make decisions based on my own personal experiences as I did with BP. I was a satisfied customer before being a distributor. Not because my upline convinced me to, because I tried the product and got great results with it. End of discussion. I too am dissatisfied with the way the company is forced to downplay the results of the product due to the litigious world we live in. But I will be damned if I will let them or any other company orv government agency tell me what works or does not work. If BP is forced to stay closed, which I strongly think it will not, It will have a negative impact on both MLM and traditional business in that the government will be able to take control of any business or industry under the guise of protecting the consumer without any consequence.

What a bunch of scammers... The Pill is made from Napthalene... Moth Balls. Napthalene has 2 effects on an engine... 1, it very slightly increases octane... 2, it GREATLY increases the heat in the combustion chamber. #1 could be a good thing, but #2 will DESTROY your engine over time... It will cause Burnt valves, Pre-ignition, detonation/ping, holes blown in pistons etc... Why do you think the street racers of the 50's and 60's quit putting Moth Balls in their gas??? because they kept blowing up their engines! It's also not just the Texas Atty General that is suing... 4 more states are in the process of filing legal action against them, and the FTC has done tests and analysis on the pill... It does nothing for mileage, and as suspected, they gave it a mass spectrometer test and it is nothing but Moth Balls (Napthalene).

I have this to say...I have had several customers of mine use this product with fantastic results except 1. 1 customer out of 50. I'd say that's a 98% success rate for my personal BioPerformance business. My uncle just called me today who drives a 40' motor home. He went from 6 - 8.5 mpg. That would be a 33% increase. Which at 2.80 per gallon is $1.08 per gallon savings. I currently get 3 more mpg consistently in my 2002 Chevy Malibu. One thing I know is that when you follow the directions for the first 5 tanks, you just may have to change your fuel filter because of all of the junk that is cleaned out of your fuel lines. I am NOT a mechanic, but I have too many personal friends that use this product that it works for for me to believe some report from the AG of Texas. I wonder just who paid this man off to try and shut us down. Whoever it was, I believe May 30th it will backfire when we prove our case. I will be a proud BioPerformance distributor that day just as I am now. Thanks for reading! Scott

But I tend to believe the Attorney General of Texas because, as of last week, he has filed suit against this company for many reasons.

I bought a bottle of BioPerformance Powder In March and have been using it eversince the product is great. My first time I used it was in my 1999 Dodge Ram 4x4 V10. My average miles per gallon was 6.86 driving back and forth to work. On my first tank I got 11.53 MPG. I was impressed. In the instructions it states use a double shot the first tank and a single shot there after. In my first tank I did a 1.5 shot and I got these results. The best that my truck has done is 12.5 and I use it in every tank and will use it for the life of my vehicle. I maintain my vehicle very well. In fact I don't baby my truck I race, do burn out contests, and go offroading. I think it makes a difference on how "dirty" your engine is, if your vehicle has a carbon build up then it will take up to 4 tanks to get the full effect. You can't just treat 1 tank. And if you use pills and don't allow 1 hour for the break down of the pill how can you say you give the product a fair shake. Powder takes affect immediately. My Eagle Vision TSi went from 22 MPG to 26 MPG so don't tell me it don't work. My friends who tried it have gained anywhere from 3 to 8 MPG. This stuff works GREAT!!! As for the smell since when does rotting fish smell like mothballs, if it smelled like gas you wouldn't like that either would you. Everone is entitled to their own opion, this is mine!
