Delivered flowers a day late for Mother's Day of all days. Once they finally arrived they were wilted, puny and not at all what had been pictured. Tried to work out refund with the owner Brenda but all she did was defend her family members working for her. Never made a single apology. SHe was as callous sounding as the Wicked Witch of the West on Oz. Then after I pressed her for a fair remdy she started crying and telling me how horrible I am as a customer.

I "had" been doing business with them for 15 years. Go elsewhere for flowers. Plenty of options in Tupelo with florists who do quality work, give excellent service and do not hate their customers. Brenda Bishop is not a good florist and her service and flower quality is horrendous. Go elsewhere and save yourself the misery she put us through.

Scrolling the Internet checking our Facebook link and came up on this website with comments about our business.Realize that this is comment that is a year old but was aghast that anyone would actually print such nonsense.      First of all they do not even know my name--There is no such person as Brenda Bishop so the name calling was to no avail.      Second,I have been in business 32 years and I can easily say this is the first time I have ever encountered a situtation as this so I simply do not have any words.     

Free Speech is one of our constitutional rights and this person has every right to vent but how easily it is to to do so when you do not have to sign your name.  I can honestly say that I do not remember this person but my response is--We have more than thirty years experience honoring our customers wishes and successfully filling our orders. If you would like me to assess the situation and resolve the issue I would be more than happy to speak to you.
