Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
A gentleman by the name of Charles Valerio called to say that I was approved for a SBA loan of $10,000 in order for the loan to be valid. I would have to wire $1157.94 that's a trip even had nerve to put some cents on the secure money.

I did not wire any money due to reading your report and found out the bogus company is AKA Allied Financial Lending due to the company using same fax #. Also, saying President/CEO is Neil Gehrils.

Believe me after reading all the scams, I'm calling Charles Valerio and giving him a real piece of my mind!

Did you slow down enough to read this ROR before shotgunning your rebuttal? This OP did NOT fall for it! What people need to do is be aware that it is ILLEGAL in the US for ANY LENDER to require a "security deposit," prepayment of any monthly installments, or purchase any type of insurance or "extended warranty" as a condition for approval of the loan or as a condition to secure a specific interest rate for the loan. Prior to the loan being approved, the lender may charge a modest administrative fee for processing the loan application - THAT IS IT! Nothing else. ANY TIME a lender demands any payment beyond a resonable processing fee as a condition for having the loan approved or approved with a specified interest rate, you should RUN AWAY - IT'S A SCAM. Once the money is out of your control, it's difficult if not impossible to get it back. These scammers move about constantly, changing their address, telephone number, internet service provider and hosting company to stay ahead of law enforcement. Many of these scammers are not even in the US, many are in Canada, Asia, Europe and Africa as well in off shore contries. As to a class action lawsuit: FIRST you have to have someone to sue - good luck finding out the name and current LOCATION to have someone serviced.

too was also a victim of a "loan" company but by a different name and location, all the facts of your case sounds just like mine. What they companies prey on is that nobody will pursue their lost any further. Lawyers wont take the case because " it is not enough money" to fight over. You must report this to the better business bureau , attorney general office or your state and the state the company is located in.FBI, and you local police department. The only way for us as victims to win is to ban together an file a class action lawsuit. I looked up many laws about credit services organization act and deceptive trade act. This company like foreclosure assistance companies can be sued for fruad and forced to pay civil penalities, restitution, and punitive damages to victims. It is going to take the FBI to set up a sting on them to bring them to justice. I hope this info helps.
