Blair Verbin Sold fake gems to the store owner in Port Alice Port Alice British Columbia
I was informed a couple years back by the store owner in Port Alice BC that Blair Verbin sold fake rubies to him. The store owner took the rubies to a jewler for an appraisal he was told they were fake glass. This has nothing to do with Blair Verbins forclosures thats a seperate issue.

Blair verbin has been very dishonest And quite a few people have him court He has places in port Alice He repeatedly puts up for sale. The places are in his name and he keeps title. He takes down payment and payments from potential buyer. He then demands cash calls for large amounts of money when they can't pay they lose everything. A couple gave me copy of the bogus agreement Blair drafts up He kept their money evicted them and put place up for sale again. He does this with each place for years The roof collapsed on one of his building's I have pictures. The tenants lost everything.

I won 3 judgements in court against Blair verbin, and at the last hearing legal.ciunsel and I attended Blair swore at judgements and threatened her, he was removed from.hearing. I also have 911 tape of incident where Blair was kicking in my door, swearing at me and threatened me . He has lost his cases in court, is in contempt of court and I was informed by his partner or someone who has done business with him that he left canada and went to Arizona to avoid all of this. I have the notes from lawyer tapes etc regarding Blair and sworn affidavit.
