Ordered 3 personal air conditioners early July, tried to cancel in August with repeated emails, only to be told my order had been processed.  Received the product, did not open it-returned it to the authorized return address.  It was received and signed for on 16 September.

Repeated emails for a refund are answered after about 5 days with the response that the money was refunded to my CC, but wait a few days for it to process.  At this point they are requesting my PayPay or an active bank account to process my refund.

my emails keep getting directed to different people, so I've not dealt with the same person for the past 3 months.  I have attempted to call, but you are automatically directed to a satisfaction survey.
