Blizzard Entertainment charged users $49 plus $15/month for Nov 13 release of game expansion

They then intentionally made game unplayable for millions of users citing latency issues.

Since Nov 13 the game has been unplayable and support failed to fix the problem or respond in timely manner.

When asked for refund I received no reply or acknowledgment or compensation for services not rendered.
