I am a former BBV employee. When you rent a video, there are about five different places for you to find out when your video is due. The cashier should tell you once- usually the person that hands you your videos will tell you, too. There is a time schedule on the box, and one on the register, there is a sign on the door on the way out and it is printed very clearly on your receipt. There is no excuse for not knowing when your video is due! The due date and time is sitting right in front of you in the store, on your receipt and on the video case itself. It's everywhere! How can we be blamed if you don't even try?

Dear sir, Last week I went to the local blockbuster. I rented several items and had a coupon for one. I was one hour late and having experienced this once before didn't return the merchandise because i was already charged for another week. The rental fee was something around $9.85 with the coupon but upon calling them to ask how much the fine was they had charged me for the item i used the coupon on. The bill was now over $16.00. As a consumer do not return the merchandise if you are already late. They rent it to you automaticly for however long the first rental period was. So basicly if you are past noon whenever you will have to rent everything again even if you are done with the merchandise
