Thankfully the local store manager was able to coordinate efforts to get the appropriate steps to allow the store to charge the agreed price. I am grateful he takes a more serious view of the importance of customer service and fulfilling an agreement than the copout corporate customer service.

Consistent with the other responses detailed about Blockbuster on this wevsite for Blockbuster Total Access they COP OUT Again. Here was todays response, in short we will take your money but have an excuse why we cant fulfill our promise. The store is a franchise and has the option not to accept the mailer discount from its customers. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, Greg.
