Complaint Review: Blu Chip Media - Louis W. Hunt Jr. - Port Florida Florida

Our company, Hired Louis W. Hunt and his company Blu Chip Media $3500.00 to perform two services. The first service we paid him for was a $1500.00 Radio Campaign on 48 college stations. We were cold called by him one day after we serviced a record to the music blog sites. He told us once we paid that he would start the radio campaign once he got the mp3's, pictures etc. We sent that over didnt really hear from him unless I was calling to get a more professional outlook on the campaign. He initially said "once the campaign starts you will get a gameplan on how the campaign will roll out via email" That never happened and when questioned he kept giving us the run around about how he had to setup other things. 

After about a few weeks of no reports to turn into the distributor, label execs, or publicist, we kinda knew what was going on. This was right before christmas so he already was out fishing. So we tried one last time to ask for some sort of result driven documents so that we can turn that money spent into customers. Once again the run around for another two weeks. Then he says you have to spend the other $2000.00 to activate the PR side of it so they will play the record. He then later said PR is not Press. SMH. He then starts asking more reputable executives in the business if we knew what were doing and he didnt think we did. Again, SMH He then said that the college stations only take cd's and I had to print those and gave me a number to a guy he uses. The guy was good and finished the work, sent some to our attorneys office and asked Blu Chip (Louis W. Hunt Jr) To pick up the rest. He refused and said we had to pay another $500.00 To ship them. And again, SMH.

For the record we have hired allot of these guys in the promotor world or music in general for clients some that we have vetted do a great job but there are allot of these scam producers, use to be executives at one of the bigger record companies that either got fired or couldnt produce hits. Allot of them have platinum records, Grammys, etc and still will rip you off because the business is too saturated. Everyone wants to be a star and everyone is out trying to get a check from you and telling these people "oh you are the next big thing" "this is what you do"  But really they are just looking to pay their bills off your money just like Blu Chip Media and its owner Louis W. Hunt Jr.

After a while we decided to just go after him and his company in court in his state which is going great due to our relatiionships throught the country. Once made aware of this and when we started asking questions about the refund of our money he started cursing me out sending me msgs saying I was stupid and dumb. He also sent our text msgs via email to people for whatever reason which made him look like he stole from us. Once again, SMH.

Finally we contacted a few colleges and the board of a particular college organization to get more info about some of the services he sold us. They informed us that he was inactive and decided not to join and that meant he was broke to us.

This guy Louis W. Hunt Jr. aka Blu Chip is not a real college promotor he is another radio promotor guy taking thousands of dollars from people and the reality vs the reality of his mind is out of wack. Little did he realize we have his social security number, real name, address, and supportive bankers at Wells Fargo who had our back with the legal process but some aren't this lucky and dreams get crushed by people like Louis W. Hunt Jr aka Blu Chip

This guy talks a good game but doenst have the relationships or money to back up his business.
