On January 20, 2013 I received a 50% refund with a promise of the other half coming soon. Well today is February 8 and am still waiting for the other half of my refund. The owner told me I would get the other half of my refund the week after I got the first half and just emailed last week telling me I would get it later in the week. Still waiting. The squeaky wheel gets the oil so it is time for me to squeak a bit. What a PITA.

The owner did not get the emails I sent after August as the auction link had expired and I had to go through their eBay store. The store has a "contact us" page that was the only way to communicate with them. I sent emails through this web page Nov. 1 & 8. I also sent an email January 8, 2013 asking for a shipping date or refund. The reply to this was a statement that the coffee would be in the US in February. After seeing the report here the owner has shown me he is very concerned about his reputation and really wants his customers to be happy. He has offered me a refund and has even offered me the opportunity to pay for the coffee AFTER I receive it. This really makes me believe he did not know that I asked for a refund earlier. He also explained that the harvest came in very late and so all the coffee shipments were delayed. I explained to him that if I was told about this in advance and not expected to search for their web site to find the problem for myself that I would not have filled this report. But when your product does not come when expected and you (the customer) must ask what is happening with my order only to be told it will be next month.....well my patience ran out.
The owner has been in contact with me daily to ensure I get a refund and the original 40 pound order of coffee.
I do like their coffee and hope everything turns out good for both of us.
I will update this as I get a refund and as to when the coffee arrives.

Hi, I have search on our web mail and we noticed that last email send by the buyer was on Aug 01/2011, that was few days after the auction ends, auction was very clear on what harvest you will get and that's only for 2013, WE HAVE AND WE DONT HAVE ANY REUFND REQUEST AS WELL, we have post general information in the front page of our web site, it is my opinion that costumer base his arguments on that post made in our site, it is in fact that harvest will be in the USA by Feb, but refund request use to be handled and they needs to be file with our web site.

Hello Michael, the coffee you won in the ebay auction was for 2013 harvest, this harvest was initially scheduled to be done by Oct -Nov but that was not the case, the coffee ripping was very slow due natural issues and the coffee is delayed more than one month from now, if you share the item number and item title you will see the 2013 year very clearly, also, we have post updates in the front of the web site page about this issue, we offer full refund of course, if you can let me know who's the one who reply your email with your refund request I will follow that, I not at the office all times and sometimes my employees did not share costumers comunication with me, and I am the only one who do refunds.....
