Blue Global LLC (media) or moneynowusa.com is an Affiliate Network's Nightmare. The Owner and President, Christopher Kay, can best be described as a "used car salesman of the internet." He currently owns Moneynowusa.com (as the bread and butter of his company) along with a multitude of cash advance/payday loan lead aggrigation websites. His business ethics are in the dumpster and he cares not of his place of business or companies he's affiliated with, but only of his self title and prestige.

Let me explain his ethics:

He currently pays for PPC through google (or at least he did until they shut him down for oweing over $160k). and purchases leads and sells them for profit, no big deal. he is on a 15 day net with his supplier of leads which means he will pay the aggrigation company every 15 days for leads that are supplied to him. He is on a 7 day net with the companies he sells to, which means he gets paid every 7 days. the companies he is working with to purchase leads from, never get paid. He currently owes tens of thousands of dollars to these companies which im guessing, never plans to pay them. Instead of paying his staff and affiliates - he choses to purchase 2 homes, one in san diego, and the other: a $2.5mil home in a highclass area in arizona.

He recently attended Affliate Summet West at the Fremont Hotel in NY which cost roughly $30k, with no direct effect on his increase of income. To suppliment for his loss - he fires the highest paid staff members (which are essential to continue running the business) and falls short on his promises to the clients he's working for.

Bottom Line if you're given the opportunity to work with christopher kay or any of his companies, please go work for (((competitor's name redacted))) or any other affiliate websites in that realm.

If you are looking for a payday loan and dont like 1800 text messages a day and 5000 emails - please dont use moneynowusa.com

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report. In this case we removed an alleged competitors name

Everything the OP says is probably true. He/she tried to warn us.

This is a dirty business imo. You've fired or laid off how many people in the last six months? At least two dozen and its a small company. Reassure those still left they are important then can them. The environment of paranoia and "disgruntled" employees is one you've sewn. We all know bgm is in the red and you're prob lining your pockets desperately.

How many of these people that came to your defense in 2010 actually still work here now? I know of at least one by name that certainly doesn't.

Who wants to work at a place that I can only describe as rotting from the inside out. Its an eminence front. Its a put on. If you still work for bgm this is my warning I can't give at the office - have another job lined up asap and DONT give notice or you'll prob be fired beforehand.

You're a well trained lap dog, Jennifer. But as you are still a current employee, I would assume that Chris has asked you (among the other employee) to write a positive statement about your experiences with the company, and omit the negative. As you have provided NO disproving information on my "allegations," your rebuttal is moot. And Frankly, I've grown tired of your companies slick tactics to avoid airing the "dirty Laundry." Respond if you wish, but the spiral downfall Chris has put the company in, will be enough satisfaction for me.

Blue Global Media - An Affiliate Network's worst nightmare and consumer's annoying middle child???

As a current employee for Blue Global Media, I have not encountered any problems described in the original complaint against Chris Kay or his company.  When I read this complaint, it seems completely spiteful.  For instance, this person refers to Chris as the "used car salesman of the internet."  I can only assume that this analogy refers to the statement His (Chris Kays) business ethics are in the dumpster and he cares not of his place of business or companies he's affiliated with, but only of his self title and prestige. I have not experienced a situation here that would make these statements true. From personal experience, working for Blue Global Media has proven to be positive.  Chris constantly asks what he can do to improve my employment experience, and as far as I know, Chris has followed through on all promises he has made to me.

There are also many references stating that Blue Global Media has a significant problem with debt and that Chris Kay purchased a home instead of paying his employees.  I have yet to experience anything that closely resembles this scenario. I can say for a fact that I have ALWAYS been paid on time for any work that I have done, and have also earned bonuses for working above and beyond what is expected of me. In addition, I have personally dealt with many of the companies that Chris Kay works with. They tend to be a tightly knit group of companies that depend upon each other to take care of business. I have never heard a company or its employees trash Chris Kay or Blue Global Media for being unreasonable, unreliable, or selfish.

In reference to this, Bottom Line if you're given the opportunity to work with christopher kay or any of his companies, please go work for (((competitor's name redacted))) or any other affiliate websites in that realm it almost seems that the person who wrote the original complaint has a hidden agenda, since they outright tell possible future employees that they should work for a specific competitor.

In conclusion, this person abandoned any credibility they might have had with every statement they wrote. Not only are the statements hard to believe as well as malicious, but they also contain an embarrassing amount of misspelled words and incorrect grammar. Their entire complaint should be taken with a grain of salt, as they seem to have no concrete evidence to support their claims.

Observations

#5UPDATE Employee

Wed, December 30, 2009

I am a recent, current employee of Blue Global Media. The original report listed here is not the impression I have of the company or Chris Kay. Blue Global Media is associated with several sites that works with several companies. More than a few of which are communicated with on a daily basis. My observations and personal interaction with these companies give me the impression that these contacts (some of which are CEOs and presidents) and companies are excited to do business with Blue Global Media and Chris Kay.

As far as the facts of the company operation, I have personally interacted with parts of the company's site systems and I can say that I have not seen anything that will cause an applicant to be bombarded with spam. Each site itself sends one "Thank You" email with links back to the site. I do, however, know that certain lenders will try and contact an applicant through email. This usually happens if the lender thinks that they can supply the applicant with their loan request through a different deal than they may have applied for.

In regards to Chris Kay himself, if he owed the amount of money suggested here, I do not think I would be currently employed here. Bills and debt do not seem to be an issue in the office.

My knowledge of the individual that wrote this is limited to the fact that he is a former employee. I have heard mention from Chris Kay that this person was quite creative when designing different things for the sites here and I would agree. As for being "essential to continue running the business", this is obviously not true as he is not here now and the company is still running. Dealing with some of the inner workings of the systems, the the old and recent code was actually...less than pleasant to deal with. Working with large and small details is essential in a technical position and simple things like the free spell check accompanied with this post that was not used is a small example of what I currently have inherited to fix here.

There are a number of things mentioned in this report however, it more appears to be an angry incoherent rant than a factual point being drawn about the company. I respect this individual has an opinion and is attempting to draw light to a situation he feels strongly about and I wish I could take something from it. However, I am not sure what the point of this actually is.
