Blue Haven Pools Of The Gulf - Mark and Sharon ripoff and lies, promises not kept, poor workmanship, lack of professionalism Mobile Alabama
Contract stated completion in 35 days, cool deck, and instructions for maintaining the pool, etc. 5 months later still not finished, cool deck is actually a sprayed deck with smeered paint. We have never been given any instruction on maintaining the pool. Installed 2 fountains with fiber optic lights improperly and we are now waiting on the manufacturer to install the 3rd one without involving Blue Haven. They don't care or know what quality workmanship is. We have reported them to the Better Business Bureau several times, what a joke!!!
