My family has always wanted a swimming pool. So, we called several companies for estimates. We decided to go with a big company because the salesman from BH scared us by saying little companies are unstable.

Well then the nightmare began. We signed the contract, promised to start in (2) weeks. We had to keep calling, finally (4) weeks later they showed up to dig the hole. We were told 6 to 8 weeks (Ha) 41/2 months later still begging. They all suck the scheduler (Joy), the supervisior they call (Buddy) the people who answer the phones on and on. I finally had enough and demanded I talk to corporate office.

Now, the lies come out! I was told they were in business since 1954, lie again they are a franchise. What a shock, BH has been out of business (2x) before in Charlotte. This is a new franchise start in 2000. Corporate office wants nothing to do with problems (DEAL with your franchise I'm told). So, back to the drawling board after weeks of calls a guy named Frank Aylward called and said he was the owner. So I vented, after all I spent almost $ 70,000 dollars.

He cut me off and let me know they were all family I was complaining about.

Scheduler (Joy) his sister. Supervisior (Buddy) his brother in law. Office staff his wife and son. He was unprofessional, and let me know I am stuck.

Now 5 months later begging for service issue's to be fixed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. In fact my freinds used small companies and are very happy. Franchises are ok for a pizza, but not major construction.

In closing, they told me they have there own crews. Of course another lie.

They use the same subs as the little companies. They have nice fancy brochures and computer colored drawlings, and lying salesman. I would love to put my name and phone number but I will never get my pool finished.

Hopefully, I saved some Charlotte future customers all this nightmare.

The above response is directed at another company entirely. She has mistakenly affiliated us with "BLUE WORLD POOLS" we are not, nor have ever been known by this name or operated in the Florida market. To Whom It May Concern; We read the report from "unsatisfied customer" in Charlotte regarding our company. We have NO ONE under construction for 4 and 1/2 months and since this person did not post their name, address or any other related information to allow us to identify them and respond, we can only come to the conclusion that this is a competitor putting false and detrimental information on this website about our company. Why would the editor at Rip-off Report allow anonymous "consumers" to post this kind of slander? This is a very cavalier and frivolous way of posting complaints - how can you possibly know if they're true if you haven't verified that they are being truthful or that they are even a customer of ours? If there is anything that we can address or resolve with this customer, this anonymous posting is certainly not going to allow us to do so. We pride ourselves in customer service and keeping our customers happy, above and beyond what most pool builders will do or extend themselves to. We have, on staff (and may be the only pool builder in Charlotte who does) a full-time warranty/service coordinator as well as an in-house service technician who do nothing but arrange for the completion of warranty work to resolve customer problems. Because of this and because we are certain of the high dedication level of all our employees, it is extremely upsetting to see this information posted about us and if we can legally stop it, we will. If this is, as we suspect, a competitor of ours, we will begin litigation proceedings against them to collect damages to our reputation. If it's not a competitor and truly is a customer of ours, we would like the opportunity to either try to resolve their issues or, at the very least, post a rebuttal to the claims of incompetence, unprofessional behavior and untruthfulness being waged against us. WE DO NOT OPERATE IN THAT MANNER. Personally, I do not recall having a phone conversation with any customer discussing my relationship with any of my employees, family or otherwise, and truthfully would never have had such a conversation with a customer or acted in the unprofessional manner described in this posting. We would like the cooperation of the powers in charge at Rip-off Report in assisting us to identify the party and/or domain address from which this posting was sent however having read up on some of the complaints regarding this website, we have very little hope of such information being relayed to us. We will attempt to investigate it and find out ourselves, however, since you accepted this and posted it, we are beginning with the editor of the website to request this information. Since the original posting, we have sent 4 emails to the editor requesting further information but without response. If this indentification cannot be made, we request that it be removed from your site in its entirety. We will pursue this, to the extent of hiring an attorney to investigate, to find out who this person is and will pursue any litigation that may result to the fullest extent that the law allows. In particular, it would be pertinent to verify that the person who wrote this actually has a contract with us and is truly this upset. We would be happy to address that person, should he or she really exist, to regain the goodwill that we try to maintain with all customers.
