Back in December, I rec'd a flyer with the "junk Mail". I called the 800 number and Blue Hippo sent me info in the mail. I filled out the paperwork including my bank info and sent it back in the mail. Initially, Blue Hippo took 124.00 out of my checking acct and 39.99 every week after. I called Blue Hippo in March to find out the status of my order.

In April, I called again for the status and was told that they were waiting on "computer parts". At that time I requested Blue Hippo to stop taking out of my bank acct and requested a refund. I was told to fax Executive Service Group the request because Blue Hippo could not stop debiting my acct.

I never heard anything from Executive Service Group. Two weeks later, April 11, I once again notified Blue Hippo. I was told the same thing. Waiting on computer parts. At this time, needless to say I was irate. I told them to cancel my order and was refused a refund. Instead I was told that Blue Hippo would turn me into collections for 1800.00.

I went to my bank, explained the situation and my bank advised me to close my checking acct and open a new one. What a incovenience! I did close my acct that day.

My bank advised me to contact Maryland's BBB. I filed a complaint on Maryland's website. They gave Blue Hippo 15 days to respond. They never responded to the BBB. A rep from Blue Hippo contacted me and at that time offered me full refund of 568.00. Columbus Ohio's BBB contacted me to get my story and asked if I would be willing to go on one of the three news chanels. I was contacted by The Columbus Dispatch for an interview which was published a couple weeks ago.

On July 10 Channel 4 News Columbus Ohio came to my home for an interview which was broadcasted that evening. I am suposed to be notified from Good Morning America for an interview. It is definately ashame what this company has done to thousands of us.
