Blue tax's owner, David "justin" urbas has personally had liens filed on him by the state and IRS back in 04, AND he was ordered to pay a 1.3million restitution judgement in 06. HIs company, blue tax/blue tax consulting corp has CA EDD employment tax liens for all quarters of 2012/2013.
