I do not care if you have the FBI ,CIA and Mossad involved. You should not continue to threaten me with this type of behavior in writing unless you can prove that I did anything where were you when this so called abuse happened > 1)I did not threaten anybody at your store with bodily harm or harrassment. I live am 300 miles away so this seems a little "dramatic" on your part and your employees don't you think ? 2)I took the day off from my job to wait for FEDEX to pick up a package and YOUR STORE gave FEDEX the wrong address ! So I did not waste My companies "time" only mine. 3) If you are or your employees filing "false" police reports then whose time and money are you really wasting ? Besides wasting EVERY TAX PAYERS MONEY filing false claims with the police in any jusrisdiction is a crime. In closing, I am through with this report and I did get my money back just as I deserved. Bo Concept has taken a defensive stance knowing they dropped the ball and treated me terribly. maybe I should be the one calling the police.......but then I would be just wasting more time and more money.

Nothing Mr House has said about this unfortunate incident, either true or untrue, justifies the fact that he threatened to do harm to the store manager. We refunded his money because we do not wish to have him as a customer and we want him to stop abusing and threatening our staff. We have informed the police authorities in Jacksonville and Delray Beach of his harrassment. I only hope that his employer is aware of how much of their money, as well as our time, he is wasting due to his incessent attacks on the store staff.

I never have spoken to "Jim" in Jacksonville , Iowa. I have,however, spoken with Sean in Jacksonville Florida who told me I had no right to call his store and ask about my purchase and that he would call me when he was ready with more information. FEDEX stated on record that SEAN did not return any of their 4 calls either because they needed to speak to him before proceeding yet Sean refused to take my call to relay this crucial information(I convinced a FEDEX rep to call the store one more time while I was on hold and finally they reached him directly). Anyway, after posting this Rip Off Report this store did the right thing and stated that they have credited my card back in full ( I have not seen credit yet...) EVERYTHING I stated in my report is 100% factual and your accusations are absurd .Your store and management did not even return the called placed from an attorneys' office here from my end. Jim, whoever you are, what type of organization are you running ? It took my efforts through this forum to get anyone to even return a call. (Actually no one has ever returned my calls once this became a problem, I was finally reached via email) Everything I have stated is the fact. Your accusations to the contrary are treading on thin ice.Your company credited back the charge because you were in the wrong. The only person that tried to help me at all was Bobby Honaker and I also made this point known to Mr. David Most(some type of regional manager) who also never bothered to ask me my side of what was going on. I am sure that the general public that does any feedback research on Bo Concept or Club8 will see how customers are typically treated when they have a problem . My experience was horrific with this company. I really just wanted to buy something that I liked from your store. I am more disappointed about not getting the furniture that I ordered than anything else. As I stated before - If Bobby Honaker was running things I would have trusted him 100% through this process and maybe I would be a customer for life. In short , I hope they way your other employees treated me was worth losing a customer.

Mr House fails to acknowledge that the store staff have been trying, patiently and courteously, to resolve this issue through FedEx's claim procedure. He also fails to mention that the reason his calls now go unanswered is that he is harassing the store staff and is abusive and threatening. We have credited Mr House's credit card in full and contacted an attorney in regard to his abusive and threatening behavior.
