He had to leave CA because the state took his contractors license twice.Very smooth talker, he'd steal from his Grand Mother if he had the chance.Homeow Dozens of homeowners had liens put on their homes due to taking the homeowners $ but not paying the sub contractors he hired ...but never PSID, to work on homes. Therefore the subcontractor goes after innocent homeowner for $10K although they already paid the $ to Bob Cordoza. The Woodland . Texas Texas
