Bob Lindsey is actively practicing law without a license in Texas. He is running what they call an "empty office scam" where he convinces victims that he has a "network of lawyers" paralegal support staff and service staff to handle his customers........that is a huge LIE!!!!!! Bob Lindsey has NO network of lawyers, and one character who claims to be a paralegal but is NOT!! Being the scam artist that he is Bob Lindsey will take on as many customers as he can con out of their money and then either not service them or maybe pretend to be a lawyer and give legal advice to people who are in dire straits (this I have proof of in the form of emails from Bob Lindsey to the victim client)! Bob Lindsey is running this scam for as long as his customers don't catch on that he is a total FRAUD and cannot provide the services he claimed he could. Lindsey is pocketing most of his outrageous fees and letting his unserved customers swing in the wind! Don't be fooled by Bob Lindsey and his supersized cross that he wears, he is without a doubt a pathological liar who does not give a d**n his customers!

In my previous rebuttal, I suggested that this fake, slanderous. and untrue posting may have been posted by one Paul Cohen. I was mistaken. Today, I did what I should have done before, call Paul Cohen and talk with him. I found him to be pleasant to talk with and we had a nice conversation. Paul Cohen is not the source of this smear campaign. I apologize for suggesting that he was. In fact, Paul Cohen has himself been the target of a similar smear campaign. Anyone can post totally untrue statements on sites such as this site for the purposes of defaming and harming a competitor with no attempt made to verify the accuracy of what is being posted. These type of postings are almost always done under fake names. However, there is a case soon to be heard before the Ninth Circuit court which would allow the true identity of these fake posters to be determined. We'll see where that goes.

Don't know who "Jack from Allentown, PA" is but he's got his "facts" ALL WRONG. The Credit Card Solution has NO relationship nor has ever had a relationship with Hess Kennedy, AttorneyDebtGroup, Joel Carlsen, Legal Dispute Center, or Jeff Scott Campos. ALL LIES! This sounds very much like a posting from Paul Cohen from Saddle Rive New Jersey who operates Credit Defense League. The Rip-Off-Report has no mechanism in place to verify the identity of posters. However, Paul Cohen's postings are recognizable by their frequent use of name calling, slander, and innuendo, and the absolute lack of any real facts. In this case, it's all innuendo attempting to falsely tie The Credit Card Solution to the listed people and companies. Google "Paul Cohen" and you'll see for yourself what kind of a character he is.
