BoB Wilson Chrysler Neglegance on Bob Wilson Dodge and Chrysler. Poosible illegal sale... Tampa Florida
In March 2008 I bought a new Charger from Bob Wilson Dodge. I traded in a 2004 Dodge Truck. The truck had a lien with SunTrust for $10700 which Bob Wilson was to pay off. I have come to understand that Bob Wilson sold the truck at auction a week after my purchase. But my loan was never paid off, and the title has not been released. A month later in April Bob Wilson filed for Bankruptcy. I never got any notification by phone or mail of this problem. The first call I got was from SunTrust looking for collection. In my 20 years of obtaining many consumer loans, credit cards, home loans, I have never been late even one time on any payment. Now through this transaction my credit has been negatively affected before I was even notified there was a problem. I have talked to employees at Bob Wilson and I have talked to Bob Wilsons attorney Susan Sharp. She would not give me the name of anyone at Chrysler or Chryslers attorney who she said she was working with. No one can tell me what is going on and how this can be resolved. I contacted Chrysler and they are supposed to call me back. This is my last attempt to speak with someone who can help. I will be sitting with an attorney to peruse legal action as well as going the local media to exploit this dealership and Chrysler for their negligence. There are many other consumers in the same situation with this dealership. My business is in real estate investments and my credit is extremely valuable for the livelihood of my family.
