I created an account just to write about my experience with Guardian Product Protection, Inc. Bob's Discount Furniture uses this company if anyone wants to file a damage claim on a piece of furniture. They call it the "GoofProof" plan. This company is a complete joke and a waste of money.

I filed a claim on February 7,2014 on a piece of living room furniture which had its frame accidentally damaged. The initial process took forever because I had to keep calling back and waiting for lengthy periods of time on the phone until I finally got a hold of an actual person. A claim was filed and I followed all the instructions and was told to wait about 48 hours to receive an update.

Well it's currently March 21, 2014 and I still have no received ANYTHING from Guardian. I have tried calling multiple times on numerous occasions and was forced to wait about 20 minutes each time only to be rerouted to a voice mail due to their "unusually high call volume." I have left numerous voice messages and have yet to hear anything back from someone. 

I originally went with Bob's furniture because they were decently priced and I was on a budget. I've come to find out that pretty much every piece of furniture I've purchased is a cheap piece of s**t. After this experience with Bob's and Guardian I am never, ever buying anything from Bob's again.
