Boehm-Ritter (nexiderm) ripoff! won't refund money for trial product Napa, California
I ordered their trial product and thought that all i had to do was pay shipping and handling for a jar of their overpriced moisturizer.
I got the first jar, and tried to cancel. i could never get through to customer support,and was even on hold for over an hour! i tried to email them,but they never replied. Then they charged me $89.95 for a tiny one ounce jar! Then they chargedd me $99.90 for a second jar! finally i was able to get through to a real live person, who told me that i had to pay to ship it back to them (the second jar) and then they would credit my account. They never told me that i had to return the first jar. They gave me credit for the 2nd jar, but not the first.
I reported them to my credit card company and they are disputing the chargeback. They have absolutly no customer service and i wish i had known about this web site before i bought from them.
