Bolt Express major rip offs, lies deceites, and deseptive practices Toledo OHIO
For a month and a week, working at Bolt Express, I have not gotten paid. Every week excuses were being made to why I wasn't getting paid. I have made eighty plus runs totaling over four thousand dollars and have not seen a penny of it. They wanted to take the truck deceifully and fire me without paying me, by asking me to come to oh. thay would like to talk to me thus trying to strand me. whith out pay in and no way back to my home state in In.
After getting home to file charges on them, they try to say they are going to sue. and file theft charrgers on me for taking the truck back home instead of taking it to tolito. thay puled me from the truck on there system wile i was in migen after my last load this co. has the bisnis practises learned by going to class givin by the deveal him seal after i got home i caled the poilice to file a complate and let thim know that as of mon this being a friday knight that i was filiing a lean on the truck by sat.
thay cam and got the truck and lafft saying now there going to proscute me for having to come get the truck and we can do that becouse we can aford a lowyer and you can and that maybe befor i sighned for thim i should have read my contract thay dont have to pay me and i cant aford to proscue.... and laff as thay took the truck wile fliping me the bird some co. what thay did to me is starv me on the road keep me out there and keep me running as hard as thay could and thin whin i had lost my person truck my home and all my money thay never payed me
now im homeless carless and my bils are throw the roof my credit is maxed out becouse i was forced to put fulle in the truck to keep it on the road the hole time told that if i left thay would have me arested for abandainmint woow it's scares the heck out of me to know that a co. like that can get away with this and steal im the bad guy if any one can help in this matter please call (((phone number redacted))) wile my cell steal works

what you all are doing my be legel, for now but it is emorel and wrong to take advatige of the system finding loop holes in the law to carry your co. this will be your house of cardes for now you my prosper but the lAW will catch up with you and it may coast billonse for other componys that work with you, your a nother Eemron to say the least. and though you may hide behinde your fleet owner for now it will be frount page soon.... Bolt express is responsibly!!! they higher and have no policy against there company fleet owner for make them be responsible in paying the drivers they higher this is a cheep cop out for bolt this excuse is one in witch they cowardly hide under. But in reality the fleet owner could not higher me an lees bolt express approved first. when I ask to be higher ed. I had to go throw bolt they placed me with my fleet owner and then put me throw there training curses they drug tested me and I could only take the loads they approve who did I really work for fleet or bolt not hard bolt express I did not know I would be interning in to a will pay you if I feel like it deal/job. That I busted my but to work for only to be lied to come payday you all now the game you play you all are thieves layers and cowering cowered and hide behind loop holes you found in the system you are all scam artist and the fleet owners is only there to be a smoke screen for your company a sick way of doing business you should all be ashamed of your self. you are the worst of the worst. and if you found these loop holes the truth of the mater is you'll fined others to when working with other company's on any matter bad or good your honesty level is foul to say the least..... and further more the world will continue to read about for years you all at bolt have no morels value or cooth, you cost me my house my truck and you stole from me the faith I have in honest companies along with thousands of dollars in hard working laboring work that I gave to you in hopes to get payed for your a sick cow and pony show i tell evry one do not trust them

Richard-How can Bolt Express have you arrested for abandonment or sue you if it is not their truck?Bolt Express as far as I know is an all Owner-Operator company.I have never driven for Bolt Express,but I have driven for other cexpedited companies.If you were driving for a fleet owner,then the fleet owner could do that,but Bolt Express I don't think they colud do that unless you were under a load.
