I bought a house about a year ago in this park. I regret it now and did only a few weeks after I moved in.
They rarely make repairs and if they do the work is done by mexicans who work under the table and aren't treated much better than anyone else in this park.
When I wasn't being screamed at and threatened I was watching Ralph and Tom scream at my neighbors.
They don't take care of this park.
They bully the elderly and take every dime they can squeeze out of them. They break laws with impunity. Law enforcement turns a blind eye. Housing and Community Developement looks the other way. This park is located in a county that built itself up by robbing the gold miners. I wonder how many mobile homes in this park can't be moved considering how many have been moved out by Wolfpack and taken to a healthier park.
This is a RV Park. Some people have put their mobile homes here otherwise it would look like what it is. If you have moved to this park I hope for your sake that your stay is short. If you are thinking about moving into this park I am warning you.
They loot the homes of the dying and the dead and sell their property at the yearly yard sale in the parking lot. They cheat on their taxes. They take advantage of the elderly and disabled. They are utterly selfish and greedy people.

I am Ralph's son and you are a liar and a foul, disgusting individual who is doing nothing but lying... You signed your name to all the rules read to you and have b*d and lied since you think that the rules dont apply to you... My father and Tom work there asses off to keep the park looking good and you are one ignorant b* and if you've got a problem with me telling you that then discuss it with me.. Dont be a scared little b* lying and talking s* on here...
