I received a call from Bonneville Collections. To my knowledge, I have never received a bill from them. When I was trying to get information about the bill, I was having a hard time hearing the person (I think her name was Debbie). I kept asking her to slow down, but instead, she just became more and more rude. The last time I told her that I needed her to slow down so that I could understand her, she snapped something about having to get to a class. I think there's some kind of a law having to do with the Americans with Disabilities Act against this kind of behavior to a hearing-impaired person. I finally hung up on her, because she wouldn't take the time to help me understand what she was saying, and was extraordinarily rude to me.
