Complaint Review: Bonnie Saul Islewind Shetland Sheepdogs - Foxboro Ontario

This is further information about this case and others and hopefully the conclusion of the Criminal Harassment. Sandhor - Marie Beatrice Bentley's son on her behalf. Or Mrs. Bentley may have filed this false allegation using his sign in information. Small Claims Court Action against Mr. & Mrs. Bentley (Selkirk Shetland Sheepdogs) was concluded and we received the required documentation. Criminal Harassment charges were placed on file in Ontario Canada against these parties for their harassment. Others that participated in the harassment with them have also been noted by the Police as well. Small Claims court action against EACH of the parties that participated in the harassment has been won by myself. In all cases I was granted my required documentation and/or money from each individual that participated in the harassment and denied Islewind of their paperwork or costs associated with the conclusion of business from each of these parties. Breeder in PA - Bamjo - Paige Johnson - awarded money and paperwork on dog in question. Breeders in OH - Bach & Belmark - Debra Rimkus and Bella Villa-Thompson - awarded full monies for dogs purchased and illness/death. And the above parties that filed this complaint. There is more pending legal action against several others that will in our expectation be concluded successfully in our favor as well. Note: The party that put this information here in Rip Off Report was trying to BLACKMAIL Islewind and started the Criminal Harassment as well. This documentation was turned over the agencies involved and also the Police. They also were the instigators of almost 18 months of harassment against Islewind. Second Note: The party that posted this information CONTINUES to visit my website and continues to use the search Engines to see if this report comes up. I've blocked their direct access to my website, but, take copies of each visit for future legal action. We have literally 100's of hours of visits to our website noted for our legal records. This is my final posting here. Those that search for my kennel find this in the search engines still. Please be aware that these parties that put forth this information have been taken to court and we were awarded our documentation and/or judgement. Please also be aware of the Criminal Harassment. If any further harassment by these parties is noted we will start a Defamation of Character Lawsuit against them.

The party that filed this FALSE report is the son of Beatrice named Donald. This man falsified being a puppy buyer online this February and asked for references when he was inquiring with me. Note each of his statements and the truth posted herein: 1. Fined for too many dogs, I received no fine and did not have more dogs than my kennel license approves of. This is a matter of record at our local animal shelter. 2. Charged with false rabies certificates - the case was withdrawn when I was able with my lawyer to proof criminal harassment and other items. This means I was found NOT GUILTY of what this statement shows. 3. Paperwork on dogs is disputable depending on who you talk to. Depends on timing here and therefore is not something that is subjected to scrutiny by someone that doesn't breed dogs - Donald. 4. Falsified papers on my dogs and misrepresents testing - since I have ORIGINAL copies of these documents and provide them with each dog sold this is not a truth either. 5. Rabies certificates and showing dogs - dogs were shown and had rabies done. Dogs received from a number of breeders in US didn't even know what a human was and I was expected to take them in the ring and get their championships. Impossible. Shelties need socialization 100% of the time and these dogs lacked that. They were afraid to come out of crates prior to coming to my house. They were 80% better when they left. They were not what I would consider finishable when arrived, but, could once they left. Note: Criminal Harassment case has been set against this party in Georgia. I've also filed a Small claims court action against this party and as of this week have WON this case! I will be providing this website and information about this posting to the Police officer that is investigating my Criminal Harassment case against this party.
