It has now been 2 months since ordering a pair of magnetic eyelashes that came broken.
I was not answered to in a prompt manner, and it took almost a month to get a manager to email me.
once they did, i was offered another pair, not a refund. Even though i expressed that i would rather not have more poorly made product.
i am STILL waiting on a resolution.
This company does not care about customer serivce! BUYERS BEWARE! Hopefully you get a good product because if you dont, dont expect a prompt and quick fix. Dont expect anything. worse customer service i have had in a long time.
