My update to my report is this. I contacted the Better Business Bureau for that state and conversed back and forth through them. I stated to the Bureau that no matter the outcome of this or what the company was requesting I would not be paying them another dime. And after a few e-mails to and fro it was decided that I didn't owe them any more money and I was so called "forgiven" of any further or existing charges. And only after that did the company let it be known that if I wanted my payments returned to me as promised that I just had to call HSBC and request for them to do so. I guess since they were still billing me that was supposed to be common knowledge? Anyways I say sort of win because I did not get back the 211.00 for the return shipping. I did not ask for this based on the fact that I did agree to pay for the return shipping when the rep was going through his pitch sending me the machine. That was a lesson for me to learn and I have it burned into my brain. Anyways no more bills and payments returned. And by the way, I had also contacted the Attorneys General Office. My advice is to contact both and stay on top of it and be the cool headed reasonable one, but firm. I'm sure you will get what you need done accomplished.
