Boyajian Law Offices, JBC Legal Group P.C., JBC & Associates P.C. Fraud ripoff, Harrassing phone calls, trying to collect from an 8 year old alledged debt. Rutherford New Jersey
Boyajian Law Office attempted to collect $55.00 from my daughter who was 12 yoa at the time of the alleged bill. Supposedly from an emergency room doctor's bill. Hospital has no such bill after 8 years, this is the first we've heard of the bill and it was by a very rude man after 5p.m. We have issued a letter to these crooks advising them to cease any communication or we will contact the FTC, reference FDCPA practices. What a scam!!!
Our letter was sent certified requiring a signed receipt.
We also contacted the N.C. Attorney General's Office requesting a complaint form. We will follow this thru and contact Equifax, Esperian, and Trans Union notifying them of this scam operation and of Mr. Boyajian's activities...
