Jack Hagop Boyajian is changing to false medical bills. I got a similar letter yesterday for $2600 for medical bills, supposedly from 2002. Problem with that is that my health plan through my employer is so freaking good that the only out of pocket I have is $5 prescriptions..no copayments for inpatient or outpatient services, labs, x-rays...nada..$5 prescriptions for a three-month supply. So, how did I supposedly get a bill for $2600 from a non-existent doctor (per Medical Board of California..guy has been dead since 1992)? Guess that Jack Hagop Boyajian (who is ONLY LICENSED IN CALIFORNIA)is running out of ideas on how to scam people...dead doctors performing services ten years after their passing, Verizon bills from 8-10 years before Verizon even existed..hey, at least he is entertaining.

I was just talking to my husband on how I called these people. I realized that she just started talking to me. I could have been a complete stranger saying I was his wife. She didn't verify my identity before speaking with me and giving me all the confidental information like the last four digits of his social security number. She never told me she was a debt collector like the law says she has to and where was the mini miranda warning? "this is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose"? This is outrageous.
