Jack Hagop Boyajian is NOT licensed to collect seashells on the Gulf Coast of Texas, much less collect debts or practice law. Do not send them any money. DO send them a letter demanding validation of the "debt". In this letter, tell them that if there is an issue with the hospital, you will solve it directly with the original creditor, as you do not deal with collection agencies or debt scavengers. More likely than not, if the debt even exists (Boyajian will also create old Verizon debts from the 1990s, when Verizon did not even exist until 2000!), it is way beyond the Statute of Limitations. Scumbags like Boyajian (who got into major trouble before with his JBC Legal scam) can be stopped when people empower themselves by knowing their rights.
