BRAD SAILSBURY, brad lewis sailsbury, sailsbury handyman and remodeling took $2500.00 deposit and disappeared with no work done Grand Prarie Texas
Brad had an add on facebook market place. contact Brad and he came over and gave me a quote. requested half up front and remaining when work was completed. He cashed check and took 2 days to start even tho he would start immediately. Said delay was to traffice and needing to get materials. First day of work he was at my house for 2 hours tops. Then left due to family emergency in Waco. Found out later his mom Angela Sailsbury is getting out of prision for credit card fraud. He didnt work for 3 days doue to this. Then started again and only worked for 1 1/2 hours and then left because he needed to get his ladder. I called to confront him about my expectations and his work ethic. He said he would be back in 30 mins. Its since been a week. He has blocked my calls. He has views my facebook messages but dosnt respond. He dosnt reply to any texts. I contact one of his references by the name of Marcus Trevino who said he was shocked by this behavior considering he gave a positive reference for Brad. Marcus went to Brads house and Brad told him he was still going to work on my house but nothing has happened. Im still attempting to get the address from Marcus. Marcue said Brad lived in Hurst, TX area near the mall but the address Brad used on the cashed check was a Grand Prarie, TX address.
