They adverstised guaranteed valentines day arrival for a product I wanted to buy for my husband. I placed my order and was given an arrival date of March-April. I emailed them and asked why it was that date.. Here is what they said on February 8th. Dear Valued Client, Thank you for contacting bradfordexchange.com. We are always pleased to hear from our clients and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to be of assistance. As per your inquiry, our records show that this item is scheduled for Valentine's Day delivery.

We do apologize for the automated date that was sent to you. Please respond to this email if we may be of further assistance. Be sure to visit the bradfordexchange.com online store by clicking on the following hyperlink: http://www.bradfordexchange.com. Sincerely, Customer Service bradfordexchange.com CS:/ Now..when i called today they informed me that it would not be here and it would be another 2 weeks at least. This is false advertisement and they need to be shut down.
