Bradyscape LLC Brady Sapp Breach of contract Eugene, Oregon
Hired Brady Sapp to plant new lawn in front yard. I was assured by neighbor and him that he guarantees his work. The agreement was for him to plant and set up automatic sprinkler to ensure proper watering. After the first month I began to contact Brady about the lack of growth.
Promises were made that he would come and look at it. He never did. He questioned me on the watering. I explained that it was set up for what he recommended and set it up for.
Week by week the lawn got worse and started to die. I continued to contact Brady as I was extremely concerned. Still no response. To this day, 5 months later, lawn dead and unprofessional.
So, if you want your yard reseeded, and a unprofessional job done, contact Brady Sapp. His follow up work is outstanding.. That is, if you are ready for no follow up and to be blamed for not watering.
My experience has left me a sour taste in my mouth and I would not recommend this individual or his company for any yard services.
