 I'd like to start by telling you I worked for this company for three months before I quit. First of all they tell their customers that they have over 50 employees which is an out-and-out lie. They only have three employees one of which works part-time next the other employee is Josh's brother and last of all the girl that answers the phone and books the leads are Josh's brother's girlfriend. Everyone else are subcontractors from the roof subcontractor to the window siding and doors subcontractor even the person that does his gutters is a subcontractor. The warranties that Josh explains are held by the company that manufactures the product and the subcontractor who does the work not Brandywine exteriors at all. He uses only subcontractors for all of the work being done to your home. The reviews you see our people that he either gives discounts to or people that he make sure are happy with the job that was done so he will direct them to different places to leave a good review. Brandywine Exteriors "Josh" sales at the highest price he possibly can because he lies to his customers and explains that it is a big company so he charges the same as a big company would. The way it works is if his salesperson sells for anything under the top price he takes the money away from the sales person who works only on commission his subcontractors don't get paid any less nor does he. He tries to push off his salespeople as project managers that will be there the day the job starts. They will come out the day the job starts but they have nothing to do with the job at all it's only for show. Everything you see and everything you hear the salesperson had to memorize and most of it is a lie starting with his explanation about his company. You may think by reading this I was a disgruntled employee but it goes further than that I saw how he was ripping off his customers and did not want to work for a company that was unethical. The financing he uses you can get way better prices he will only offer one or two different programs because they don't charge him. He trains his sales people to sell off of fear in many ways starting with the price is only good for today if the sales person gives you any more time it comes out of the salesperson's commission. Josh is a person that is so greasy he slides when he walks, I'm not telling you not to use them or to use them but I figure it was something that I had to let people know who they were hiring. You can get any job that he's offering done for a whole lot less money using the same products.
