This report against our company is completely false. If you understood anything about how credit card merchant accounts work, you would know that if a customer were in fact "ripped off" or charged an "over" amount, the credit card company would do a charge back. When they file a charge back, the money in question is removed from our account and then we are notified. We then have to fill out a form and include whatever documentation we have of the transaction, which should include the date of purchase, the method of purchase (internet sale, phone sale, etc.) and proof of delivery. We have to prove that we did in fact deliver the goods and that the transaction met all the criteria (name address and zip match, cvv2 code matches, shipped to billing address and signed for, etc.). If we fail to prove any of these things, the money is refunded to the customer by the merchant bank. We have never had a problem with this. If we had a problem with this type of thing, the merchant bank would shut down our merchant account, and we would not be able to accept credit cards. Furthermore, if we were to be shut down by a merchant bank, we would be put on a list of high risk companies and no merchant bank would allow us to open an account. BPA has never sold any product to anyone named Lisa in the Green Bay area. BPA has never charged for a product and failed to ship and deliver the product. BPA has never charged an "over" amount. We have proof of all of our transactions, we have a perfect record with our merchant bank, Better Business Bureau and Dun & Bradstreet. We have never had any complaints filed against us and we have informed the staff of this website several times, that the information posted on this page is completely false. I am requesting (again) that the false information be removed from this website. My boss is holding me accountable, because there is a very good chance that my ex-girlfriend made the false post. He has asked me once again to attempt to have his name, personal cell phone number and false accusations removed. His next step will be to refer this to his lawyer. If you are going to edit all of the facts out of my post again, could you please send me an email so that I can show my boss that I have made the attempt and that you are refusing to remove the false post?
