Brenda Dow, one of the worst customers we ever had the displeasure of dealing with.  This woman scheduled a swimming pool repair in July 2015, we had previously performed a repair.  Since this woman adopted a dog to my father I felt compelled to give her a substantial discount, I would normally charge $295 to change out the bottom half of her pool filter, clean the filter, reassemble and install.  I discounted it to only $95.00.  Brenda agreed.  We told her to let us know when the filter housing she purchased arrives.  June 29th she called to schedule an installation.  We set her appointment for July 2, 2015 between 1-3 pm. 

We called Brenda several times between 1 to 3pm to first inform her we are on our way, next to inform her traffic is heavy, again to inform her traffic is not moving, again to inform her still on our way and she's welcome to leave, we don't need her help and know how to do our job.  Each time she became more and more rude on the phone with the office.  When the technician arrived at her home AT 3:00 (within the appointment time) Brenda began chastising and nearly scolding.  We explained to her WE SPENT 70 (SEVENTY) minutes in heavy traffic on July 4th weekend, and we still showed up!!  After several minutes of being admonished like a child reflecting on the fact we are giving her a heavy discount, it's hot outside, and we just wasted 70 minutes for this!!!  On our of our busiest weekends of the year.  Brenda also tells the technician "I spent 3 F****** hours waiting for you" He said "call someone else" and began walking away when Brenda Down then threatened to go online and badmouth us, particularly on the Facebook Group called "whatsup corona".  She did exactly this, and instigated a smear campaign on this blog, we went in to defend ourselves and tell out story, meanwhile Brenda is exaggerating and outright lying about what transpired.  The owner then private messages her and it got nasty, quick.  Brenda then shares the private messages, which were private and has the owner removed and blocked from this Facebook group as a result. 

We have suffered losses of business the last 18 months as a direct result of being removed from this group.  We reserve the right to sue this 'woman' with a potty mouth for loss of business and attorneys fees when the time comes.  Fortunately her poor attitude and trashy mouth was reason enough for us not to install the filter in 106 degree heat.....

 

Keep in mind

#1 we were not late

#2 we keep in constant communication

#3 we were doing a HUGE favor by discounting to only $95, a filter cleaning ALONE is $85!

#4 it was a 3 day weekend, July 4th

#5 this is our busiest weekend of the year

#6 It was 106 degrees outside

#7 she was free to leave the gate was open

Brenda Dow is harassing and cyber stalking us online. Posting false reviews when she is not a customer. We refused service to her and want nothing to do with this "woman" and her potty mouth

Brenda Dow is harassing us online using fake accounts to besmirch our business.  Lisa Johnson, aka Lilly J aka Brenda Dow has made defamatory comments based on her "research" of hearsay on the Internet.  Lets examine her latest review shall we:

  "This is the worst company I have ever used."  Well Brenda Dow, you have never used our service because we reserved our right to refuse service to you in the first place.  We posted our side , simply scroll up to see what we encountered with your demanding hostile attitude and cursing which we replied "call someone else" and walked away.  We don't deal with white trash, sorry it's a personal policy and an unwritten business policy.   "This company OCPS goes by many different names"  And?  It's called marketing!   "They had to change their name on their original yelp pages because the reviews were so bad"  We did not "change our name" we also do business as that profile name which has it's own website.  You are correct we do have say a dozen negative reviews on that profile.  Being the dimwit you are I will explain.  We have sued well over 200 people in the last two decades, and prevailed on all of our cases with the exception of one where the statute of limitations expired and the invoices were simply too old to collect.  We have never earned ONE legitimate negative review.  Without exception each review is someone who didn't pay their bill, we A. sent to collections.  B. sued.  C. liened their property.  In each of the aforementioned cases we prevailed.  6 of the reviews you cite are DUPLICATE reviews where a husband or wife posted then their spouse posted again.     If we're so awful why do we have over 17,000 SATISFIED customers as of December 2014?  Well over 22,000 today?  If we're such a bad company as you purport why do we have approximately 500 positive reviews online?  How is it we have done tens of millions of dollars in business?  Could it be  you're merely a nitwit with a plethora of free time who needs to get a life?   "He likes to threaten to put a lien on your house if he does not like what you have to say about him and his company."  We don't threaten, we have filed hundreds of liens for non payment, a legal remedy we are entitled to.  'if he does not like what you say', you're an imbecile, there is no place under mechanic's lien law where you can lien property based off what someone says   "Tells you what he is like as a person."  I suspect you're going to find out when I slap you with a defamation suit and lien your house via lis pendes and own your house because you continue to cyber stalk, harass, defame and besmirch us.  Once again, GET A LIFE!!   "Most positive posts are by Brian himself using other names or people he has paid for the positive reviews and recommendations."  I cannot wait to bury you in discovery!    You've got to be incredibly ignorant once again we can not only prove you are incorrect but just like your posting under aliases we can track everything back to the ip it originated from.  Yelp for instance has ip tracking software to prevent companies from writing their own reviews.     "Notice most posts are the first post for that person reviewing this company."  Wont be any problem whatsoever to subpoena all the ip addresses and clients who gave us glowing reviews.  You're just upset because we refused to deal with your trashy diatribe.   We filed a police report to document the latest harassment.  You will be hearing from our company attorney within the next two weeks.  If you contact us directly or indirectly ever again what will happen next is we will be seeking a harassment restraining order and cyber stalking restraining order.  After that you will be sued civilly which we have been successful at in the past, one sorry SOB had to pay a 6 figure judgment and $33,000 in attorneys fees.  Try me     Amazing the bravado you have under the mask of "anonymity" of the Internet, but when I see you and your firefreak Matthew Dow at a local establishment you appeared scared and didn't have a word to say.     FINAL WARNING leave us alone Brenda Dow!
